wayfort upgrades is not appearing

Alright, i went and snooped at the game's code. From a quick, five minute inspection, these should be the requirements for the "WayfortUpgrade" option to appear in Dally's menu:
1. You have completed the quest "Wayfort renovations". You say you did exactly that, so that should be one box ticked off.
2. You have met Aileh. Wether you kicked her out or invited her in shouldn't matter, only that you've met her and done her initial scenes.
3. The Wayfort's waystone has been unlocked.
4. The champion is capable of fast travel. Which, i presume, just means "the champion is capable of using the waystones".
Try ticking all of these boxes and see if the option appears. If it still doesn't work, it's either a bug or, more likely, something borked through excessive save editing.
