Wayfort Onsen Idea

Just spit balling an idea here.

A possible future expansion for the wayfort could be that the Player approaches Hatsu to convert their domicile to an onsen. Hatsu is intrigued, but would need some persuasion to leave the more stable career of a woodcutter.

In order to successfully convince Hatsu, the Player would need to

Actually, meet Hatsu in the Wayfort
Beat Den of Foxes
Finish Wayfort Upgrades

Afterwards the quest would involve a substantial upfront investment of capital, help from the Den, Garth's construction company, and the services of an enchanter.

After the construction is complete, Hatsu becomes the Okami of the onsen.

Benefits: Slight increase in fort income. Going to the Onsen removes Cum Covered, Anally Filled, Aphrodisiac Covered, Bruised and Beaten, Drained, Enervation, Fatigued, and Vaginally Filled. It gives the effect Relaxed for 12 hrs.

Various Characters would also show up in the onsen. About 5 at a time.

The various characters would behave differently in the Onsen depending on who they are. For example:
Kiyoko: Enjoy bath in a more formal manner
Cait: Laze about blissed out
Arona: Shamelessly enjoy bath
Kohaku: Imitate Kiyoko's behavior but with far less success
Brint/Brienne: Treat it more like a Khor'minos bathhouse.

Again this is just a random idea I had.

I love all of this! I would love if a secret event happens if the champ brings Cait and Kiyoko into the hotspring, depending if you had a certain dream.

That's actually a really good idea. I can imagine that Cait and Kiyoko would start up the scene, but would interrupt themselves due to constant feeling of Deja vu.

I would like to. I just don't want to commit to a writing project of this length if it turns out to be no bueno and unusable at the end.

I don't know what the forum's opinion on ai is but I workshopped some ideas with it. I ask it what a Japanese (Kitsune) Onsen would look like if face with Nordic constraints (Frostmarches). It gave me several starting points to think about. This is a visual image I asked it to generate, and I think it looks pretty interesting.

Btw, I understand there are a lot of ethical issues with using Ai to generate art. This is purely a visual aid to demonstrate what I'm thinking about. I should have the outline this weekend as scheduled.

Fair enough. I only really use it to workshop ideas and make corrections. I find that it gets way too easily stuck on patterns and it's hard to describe, and while the quality of the writing it can generate has gone up, it still has its own quirks and is prone to genericness.

Or you can, ya know... simply google it (and removing the plague AI from the search really involves adding the -ai addition, it's literally not that hard y'all I swear just stop using AI for anything). :T

Umm, no. This image is a speculative hypothetical. It is not on google.

If you are talking about the info, it would require searching for hyper specific pieces of information and then manually cross referencing that information.

I completely understand there are multiple issues with AI, but it does have its use cases.

On actually relevant news, I have written about half the outline and should post it sometimes this weekend as promised.

I don't care if AI is used to help convey a nebulous idea or image for the purposes of description. They can help convey to an artist the style or certain aspects you envision in your head (and spent probably a good amount of time playing with words to get the AI image close). Then the artist at least has a template for their own work (which is no less original than if you had drawn a sketch yourself as a guideline). Otherwise, it would be the artist trying to build multiple variants from your (probably ambiguous initial keywords), and their time is money.
I wouldn't use it in a product. Others can agree, disagree, or partially agree on some points or not.

Also, I think a bath/onsen can be good (as long as the writing is good, obviously). Lyla has a pool scene, Hatsumomo has those scenes, so it's not out of place around the Wayfort. I could see writing a scene there with Farrah getting Champ alone, and every few paragraphs there's an option for her to take Champ's money through various things.

"That's so nice isn't it, I happen to have a pouch of scented jasmine and rose petals that would go wonderfully into the water for just 25 EC."
"I could make the water a little more heated and steamy by dropping in this [emberstone/blazing] stone for just 50 EC. Steam is so good for the skin."
And just keep turning on parsers that add little blurbs to the following scenes.
