Was strolling down the Wiki and found these 'Lupine Ladies' in the Lupine race page, wich i have never seen ingame. So my question is who are they?

They are clients in the Temple. You need to ask Salwah for working in the temple and then in room section you need to choose Lupines.

It's easy to miss, also the prostitution is random so you can't really choose who you service so unless you want to save scum or all encounters hit your kinks, I find it not really worth it to play with the woofs.

That got changed a while back, you can select which scene you want to do now.
