1: It wasn't Fen's. The name in the tags was Savin, and the person who actually wrote it, according to the post, was Tobs.
2: It was an April Fool's joke, which, even if the rest of it didn't make it clear, should have been clear due to the "preview" link at the end taking you to a video of the cum zone song (or whatever it's called).
