Is there a way for a valley girl for brains Steele to get the 10 vials of gray microbots she needs to upgrade a certain suit of armor? Once upon a time Steele could return to deck 13 periodically but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I seem to vaguely remember a vendor having them for sale but don't remember where/who or if I'm imagining that.

If the Steele in question has at least 15 Intelligence, you could use Focus Pills to boost to 20 and get some that way.
