So it appears to me its some event trying to trigger on the 20th day of my save

So it appears to me its some event trying to trigger on the 20th day of my save. It doesn't seem to matter what actions I do before hand. It always critical fails by the 20th day with the same message

It also did the same thing on completely different character around the same Day 18-20

I tried sleeping up till day 40 on the internal branch and couldn't repro. Maybe this is fixed already.
