After completing Mhenga and adventuring for a bit, I'm currently trying to complete Emmy's quest where she wants a Venus Pitcher Bloom, the problem is that when I go back to Mhenga, the Venus Pitcher Elders and Youngsters(?) aren't showing up, it's only naleen males, females, and slavers in the bottom jungle with the occasional kattom. Is there a specific reason for this? I thought it was because I was pregnant, but I just gave birth.

Try exploring the upper jungles/forests--I think the "deep jungle" area, with exception of certain choke points where the Venus Pitcher Elders reside (active ones should show up on the map, I think), don't spawn regular Venus Pitchers. (Looking at the code, they were intentionally left out of the deep jungles.)
