Not sure if you can get it from regular pitchers, but the venus matrons leave one on the ground and they're all static. No need to fuck them either, you can just decline their offer for consentacle love. I think matrons don't appear if you've never seen a normal pitcher, so if that's the case try running around in the deeper part,, around where you found the probe.
The Venus Pitchers in the light green jungle area are random encounters, but the Elder Venus Pitchers that you can encounter in the dark green "deep" jungle have specific tiles that they spawn on. Both varieties will drop a flower after any interaction, be it sex or just saying no to their advances.
