Varena help

I have finished the heroes feast quest and am deep into days after, the main quest is as far as it will currently go but, have yet to get the "letter" or encounter Varena after, does anyone know how long it takes to get said letter or where I encounter here?

I got the letter when I step foot in the main area of mino town.

I got it right away when the game was updated. My main save was already in mino town. If you're asking how many days after the party event.. I can't say since I did the event the moment it was released. You might of gotten the letter if you clicked past it to quickly as it doesn't go in the inventory. Try looking at the pub in mino town and see if she's there. She will be inbetween Serena and J.

Then I'm not sure. It just automatically happened for all my playthroughs.
