Valkyrie Buffer Build Updated

I written several months ago about a Meme Buffer Build and I finally got around to testing it out. In essence, this build is about using white mage/valkyrie powers with the charmer class to really crank out buff.

Valkyrie Buffer Build:
Class: Charmer
Level 7: Expert Inspiration
Soulbound: Lumia
Stats: Prescence, Willpower, Agility

Head: Crown of Winter
Neck: Ouroboros Pendant
Body: Izkanti Dress or Tiran Cloths
Hands: Geomancer's Bracers
Feet: Weedwalkers
Ring: Guldring
Belt: Belt with a pouch
Weapon: One-Handed Wand
Offhand: Shield Orb

At-Will: Great Heal
Recharge: Celestial Form or Group Heal
Recharge: Blessing
Encounter: Dawnbreak
Ultimate: Aurora of Vigor

Pros:
Suprisingly Adaptable
Blessing+Dawnbreak is hilariously OP
Good/Great Healing
Insane Companion Damage
Insane Buffs
Crit Immune

Cons:
Silenced is a hard counter. It really kills it.
Long time to get all the equipment.

Isn't fire jade redundant? with the spellpower you should have, I can't see why you would need items that increase healing even more.

It does buff your healing to a ridiculous degree, but now that I think about it, I think you are right. Something like Shield Orb might be better for survivability.
