For the record, my save file is edited, yes, but to my own knowledge on this old save, no event flags have been edited, and with the current save editors available, editing Busky's anal capacity is not possible. Other than that, the only things that I know that have been edited are body parts, sizes, cock flags, and some perks.
When I have the time I'll create a new save and see if the problems still persist.
