With the new content, it's given me impetus to get off my butt, slap on some cold weather gear and go around beating the locals up for crude savicite jewelry and lucinite.
However, I've been noticing what appears to be a random penalty to Freezing resistance. With all Freezing resist items off, my character seems to have randomly acquired a malus of -30% to freezing.
Before setting off my character had a bonus of 70% freezing resist (with items on).
Weird.
Is this supposed to be a thing and if so, why no clear status effect other than the vague description for ' Bitterly Cold'?
Okay, let's get out of this cold.
...aaaaand somehow being out of the cold makes the malus worse.
I even flew off-planet to see if it would shake off this penalty to no success.
Is my Steele even human anymore? Or is he doomed to forever be...
