Unable to Sleep

Hello,

Trying to sleep in starting ship at Tarkus. First incident occured after 'yes, yes, no' with Celise with her automatic sleep with you chat options. Subsequent testing also reveals that any long sleep is now causing a critical error, including headlight tents. I've also tried to dismiss my companions and that did not work either.
Other factors might include:
Just finished the treatment (unlikely)
Have dug up Android in Tarkus desert and made them a companion (possible interfering automatic sleeping together suggestion with Celise?)
