Unable to install Android APK

Pretty much what it says on the tin, im unable to install TiTS, and ive attached screenshots showing what happens. Any suggestions or recommendations to fix this would be vastly appreciated.

1.) Which version of Android are you on?
2.) If you have access to a computer, connect your phone, open the Command Prompt and run adb install -r [Insertappname].apk, which should give you the specific error.
3.) Obligatory re-download and install.
