Unable to find Hana

Not sure what to do and hoping for some help. I've been wandering the road between the Wayfort and the Den waiting for Hana's encounter to pop and it has no happened. After 30 minutes I expected to see it. Am I doing something wrong or am I just very unlucky?

Are you a backer? Because if you've covered the entire path from Wayfort to Den you will have run into her; it's an automatic proc when you enter the proper tile.

I am a backer, yes. I've run up and down and I've got nothing.

I did a re-launch of the game and that fixed it! Unsure why, but lucky me!
