I've already had Paulette as an encounter previously; now I'm trying to figure out how to recruit her but I'm not seeing any way to start a quest while talking with her on Tarkus. Does her recruitment quest start elsewhere on the planet?
EDIT: Found the answer to my problem thanks to mikethor007 on the blog page; waiting for 48 hours allowed me to see the option to start the recruitment process.
