Un-pumping Genitalia?

Somehow I seem to have stumbled into getting hyper-pumped, and the blurb it gives you in the character description screen is Not Appealing. Since I'm a bimbo, getting Dr. Lash to cut the whole thing off to start over isn't an option, and ReductPro doesn't seem to work either.

Does anyone know a way to un-pump your Steele's pussy, specifically as a bimbo?

ReductPro does seem to work on normal Slightly/Fully Pumped. If it doesn't work on Hyper Pumped, that may be a bug.
Edit: Oddly, ReductPro does work, but only if you have multiple vaginas.

You could potentially use the Doll Maker (IQ B-GONE Small Dose) to remove Ditz Speech, then go to Dr. Lash, then use it again to re-add Ditz Speech (Large Dose). Just Save-Scum so you don't get a Perk you don't want.

The Save Editor might be able to do it.

You can open the Console (F12) and copy-paste (assuming the flag you want to remove is on the first Vagina).

If you know your way around JSON editing then Notepad++ and its JSON viewer would make it reasonably easy to edit out the tag as well.
