um...drinking breast milk

What is it that makes some character able to drink their own breast milk, relieve lust and gain energy while others with seemingly similar traits can't?

Character 1 can character 2 can't.

Both characters have hyper-milky but only the first character has mega milk (40% full min at all time). Also character 1 has C cups when empty (usualy max inflation is DD) while character 2 has B cups (max inflation is usually D). They are both half kathrit. CH1 is a merc. CH2 is a smuggler.

Any guesses? Because I don't have a clue.

In this case, breast size. You need at least DD.
