This is a simple mod that replaces all the mentions of vagina/pussy/cunt etc. by ass/boy-pussy/anus etc. Also replaces clits for cocks and a bunch of smaller details. I made this mod in a few hours, it's far from perfect, it doesn't work the second there is flowery descriptions or metaphors "...he spread apart your moist petals and lapped at your womanly nectar." But it catches a solid 85% for most scenes.

I've only tested the beginning of the game and laughed out loud at a few of the situations (lots of asshole squirting).
