This slot is empty right now I'm curious on the mechanics of the super move. Oh also will there be one per class or can you get them through quest lines?

Ultimate Powers can be used once after each time you rest. They're meant to be used against bosses, to help clear out dungeons or overcome enemies that significantly out-level you.
There will be multiple Ultimate powers available, from classes and in the world.
