I still think Goos are the ultimate character tbf. You can turn your googirl PC iridescent, by dyeing your hair iridescent and shifting your body to match. How fucking cool is that. And then you can shift your body on the fly, so you can access any scene in the game except tauric ones, assuming you plan ahead. That's gotta be the ultimate doesn't it?
Iridescent doesn't mechanically help or anything it just rocks ass. Foxfire or Frostfire goo is also acceptably kickass.
There is at least one, and probably only one, scene that plays out different if you decide to become a neuter half way trough the conversation.

Galotians are excempt of any 'balls full' status exceeding 'blue balls', as well as any cumflation-related status, for example if you empty the blue balls via auto-fellatio.

Me and @Paradox01 know my equipment.
Merc Augment Weave armor, accessory Shield Bracer, Shield Belt Pirate prototype belt, Ranged weapon Aegis LMG, Melee weapon Trick Bracer (I envision it as a Assassin's creed blade look.)
Now if I used save editor like I did when I had a computer I gave myself certain perks from other classes and then gave the Sidewinder or for me the Legacy around 60 crew spots and mounting points it turns into a light cruiser or something. Also max all stats.

while i play all classes on different characters, and different builds on each for a total of 6 of them, i found smuggler to be the most powerful and versatile, with ways to deal with all encounters:
Low blow takes an enemy out of the combat for a couple of rounds, sneak attack deals more damage to those hit by low blow, disarming shot to mitigate damage on yourself with a pseudo-stun, gas grenade for enemies that are more susceptible to lust damage than physical damage, leap up because being knocked prone sucks, smuggled stimulant or burst of energy, doesn't really matter, but i prefer smuggled stim, second attack because that's even more sneak attacks on stunned enemies, alpha strike because you don't want to rely on having low health due to how dangerous that is, and mag blinders because that's just more stun for your sneak attack to work off of. With a high damage melee weapon, emmy's vamp blade being a personal favorite because.. vamp, you'll win just about any encounter without needing consumables.
Can't comment on sexual equipment because that's super specific to everyone's specific kinks.
