Second, will we ever get psionics powers i this game and will they be made so they are a viable ply through i similar manner how one can play through CoC with nothig but magic?
Psionics however probably won't be gotten till mid to late game, so while you could possibly use it as a play style, you won't get it till very late and need to use other skills till you do.
