The wiki says that the Dracoguard dropped by the techies should give you a penis if you don't have one, with a 1/4 chance of occurring, as it's related to a hermaphroditic species. I spent a bit over an hour using a Dracoguard and reloading the save to try and get this to happen, all I got were draconic and female oriented transformations. Even after using a Discount Leon-O to get a penis does Dracoguard fail to do anything male related when it comes to transformations. Wanted to bring this up, since I encountered this issue in the previous version, and the changelog doesn't note it as being fixed in the latest version - so I can only assume it's still an issue.
