trying to make a character

So i'm trying to make a character that's as close to the Nukas race, but I can't find a mode that give your character Lipples. what can I do?

Clippex overdoses, i.e. apply it twice or more; there's some randomness involved, but you'll eventually get fuckable nipples, then lipples.
