I don't remember much of it, however given its graphics and how the interface worked its almost certainly a Unity or Ren'Py game.
I believe you were shipwrecked on an island, although you may have got there some other way. No one else on the island was human and the game starts by having you try to knock coconuts out of a tree, as well as collect crabs, and one other thing for dinner.
Latter you meet a Slime Succubus who can enslave you (not sure if its guaranteed) and I believe a Bee Girl.
Lastly my brain says that early on the elf village is destroyed, and you are worried about someone there... but I wasn't exactly emotionally invested in a city I had never seen for a sister I had never interacted with.
