Trying to figure out what this is.

Anyone got any clues on what this quest is or how to complete it? My inner completionist is driving me crazy and I feel like it's something simple.

You can enslave the Black & Gold Slavebreaker. You can start it with a 'Nice' or 'Mischievous' personality, but you need a 'Hard' (>66) personality to go through with it.
