Trying (and failing) to get the "Double Down" scenes from Zephyr's Butt Bets

I've tried winning and losing to Zephyr several times like spamming "throw bet". It says on the wiki she offers to double down if you throw the bet, Not sure if this is a mistake or i'm missing something

Losing/Throwing the Match results in:

• Zephyr Asking to double down
  • If the PC has a vagina that isn't pregnant.
• Zephyr taking the PCs vagina with intent to impregnate if doubled down.

If I'm reading the old Flash code right, you need to not have any womb pregnancies, not simply have a non-pregnant vagina; if you have any active non-anal pregnancies, that'll block you from getting the 'double down' option. If you don't and still aren't getting the scene after multiple attempts (it never happens the first time you lose, but should proc on all subsequent losses if you meet the criteria), that's a bug.

Also, fun fact: the first time she offers to 'double down', bimbos will automatically accept without player input, though the player still gets to choose for subsequent double-down offers.
