I looked around the source code, the bug only shows up for the amazonian variant of the treatment, when the treatment makes you toned.
This is a bad bug, as it's unavoidable once you started the amazon treatment. A quick and dirty fix would be to use the javascript console and set pc.tone to over 100, so that you're ripped enough so the treatment doesn't make you more ripped and you can continue your playthrough.

~~For some reason my fixes haven't been included in the recent hotfixes. We do have a fix for this though, and hopefully you'll have it soon.~~

edit: my fix for this is, actually, live, AFAIK. Let me know if its still an issue.

edit3: worked with the others and we have a better fix. Hopefully, next patch.
