You want an NPC that you can treat, write the expansion.

there actually is/was a planned expansion for after you cure Reaha and she does some family stuff. Afterwards she turns into a cowmazon iirc, emphasis on the iirc because the lore on the treatment was changed quite substantially since it started off being a thing. But @Savin being himself it will take some time to ensure it is high quality juicy goodness, plus he has so much work to do that it's only natural stuff takes longer.
