Treatment cock-change question

Is it possible for the game to give you both the bonus Knotted and Nubby flags when your character gets a horsecock due to the Treatment, or is it only one or the other if it procs?

using mods after the fact has occurred to me, but I am curious as to if you can roll both at once

I believe I've seen it proc both nubby/ knotted horse + extra length on a few times I was messing around with treatment saves.
