Anubian features counting as Feline

Got Anubian ears, and tail, yet it's calling my character a feline. Any chance someone can tweak this like they did with being a wolf girl in TITS? The only things i'm missing are the furry arms and legs like Amina and Imad, yet Aurera is also lacking that trait, so maybe being half-Anubian can be a possability and explain why Aurera is the black sheep (or dog in this instance) of the three Anubian representatives. It corrects itself if you get your arms/legs changed to Anubian however

This has been brought up before, but from what I've been told and can understand, it's because unlike in TiTS, the race system in CoC2 considers groups of body part types to be more important than individual body part types - and also doesn't handle half-races particularly well. In this example, because you have a long, furred tail and upright, furred, triangular ears while being otherwise human, the game considers you to be closer to a catfolk than an anubian without considering the possibility of being half-anubian and thus puts "feline" as your race (at least, in the appearance screen; I think it internally puts you as catfolk but that bit of the appearance screen refers to you by racial "family" rather than specific race, so "catfolk" gets listed as "feline" because it's a feline-type race).
I don't really find that to be a satisfying way to handle cases like this, either, but that's how the devs decided it should work, so it's unlikely to be changed.

Well that's a bummer and slightly misleading since, Aurera was the first Anubian introduced into the game, she wouldn't even qualify as her race by this standard. Since Anubians as per the lore of the game, are "the exotic neighbors of catfolk" those few key details of the ears and tail should make the difference between them. Think they'll do something similar to TITS and at least let you pick the specific race you wist to identify as if you fill enough catagories to be two or three in this instance?

Turns out adding a canine penis will also tip the scales over to "Anubian." That's probably how Aurera skirts the issue, which doesn't help in your case since you're trying to make a pure female character.
