If I was to transform my character into a centaur, and if I wasn't happy with transformation, could I transform back into a human?

Yes you can, but you would have to get a hold of an item called 'hummus.' However, it is a cheat item and it will do more than just turn you back into a human. Go on the wiki and just look up 'hummus', it will tell you everything you need to know. Other transformation items will give you back a more 'humanoid' body type, but I don't think you can ever really get back 'human' anything. Might be wrong though.
