To impregnate Arona, do one of the orc girls need to be pregnant or is it that one of them have to had already given birth?

For Arona to bring up pregnancy one of the other orcs have to had already been impregnated by the pc, do they also need to give birth, or just be pregnant? And if so, how long until Arona actually asks about pregnancy?

The sister of Arona has to of given birth first. Depends on how long you take to go back to A's sister.
