Hi I got a question, am I able to instead of being female, gain the children from female steele pregnancy without having to actually become pregnant?

If that makes sense I can't really phrase this.

You can always just grow a vag and then go to dr lash after the pregnancy to remove it
Also, growing a vag doesn't necessarily mean your pc will be seen as female

Not possible using titsed. As the resident preg coding expert, I can tell you that kids are objects created from unique classes using fairly complex code and stored in a special child array. There is no way to create them by simply editing flags.
