TiTS-public-0.9.028-win Will Not Load

My computer doesn't support exe (its a mac) so I always launched TiTs from the index.html file within resources -> app

This method always worked for CoC2, and for TiTs as well, until TiTS-public-0.9.027.

I thought the problem would be fixed by TiTS-public-0.9.028, but nope, it ain't working. The loading screen is just infinitely stuck on Dhaal. I tried to launch index.html from Chrome, Firefox, Opera.

I'm told this isn't a bug, the html relies on being run within Electron.
