Ok so I picked up the slave suit and bluffed Maike into thinking you're a slave and then picked the most convincing speech saying you were headed to the "pen" but your collar popped off before you got there. But when Maike takes me there the game blows up in an error seen in the image posted. 
Another error occurs if you choose "unprocessed" instead of "pen" as your bluff.
The save I'm uploading to this thread is a new save ported from Flash that was made a long time ago and has been used ever since for new games on flash, so don't be surprised to see this:
