Being able to gift companions BC would be a nice little feature for those times you want the Champion to be fertile/virile for someone else you're trying to knock up or get knocked up by, but don't want to knock up/get knocked up by THEM. IDK how much of a pain in the ass that would be on the coding side though.

Literally this. Plus this lets literally enjoy the various pregnancy only scenes with various characters for a longer duration of time, especially those that only have one pregnancy per playthrough.
Downside, your butt eggnancies last longer, which is kind of annoying if you want to enjoy the stuffing but want the laying to happen sooner than later. Still annoyed that Ovilixers don't work on reducing these pregnancies which I'm pretty sure is a bug because it works on Cait if she's the one with them. Also lore wise it's supposed to be a short time but someone set the normal pregnancy to 60 days... Grumble.
