Fixed [TiTS 0.9.146] New Ship Parts Mixed Up

Not sure if it's intentional or a bug so I posted it in both here and the main post anyway.

The Phaedra Ship Upgrades slot is using the Ship Weapons slot instead of the usual Ship Accessory slot. Making it unable to utilize all of the new parts effectively.

Yeah if fen is gonna be aiming to crank stuff out weekly he may as well include bug fixes and stuff too as part of that.
