When picking the 'Rough' option, after selecting between having your vag or ass stuffed, you have a choice between the Rim or Succ Verusha choices. This scene is skipped and goes straight to the scene where regardless of choice Verusha will stuff Steele's Ass instead of the choice selected by the player.

This bug is still present. Also, the choice of either getting anal or vaginal is not always offered. All in all, the only way to get a vaginal scene is to select the "gentle" option atm, which makes the choice just before useless

I hate to necro, but I think this is still present? I've tried again in the online backer version recently.

I have no idea if the rough+vaginal scene actually exists and was forgotten, or if it was never implemented in the first place

Referencing the document, this is working as intended. Both Rim and Succ options are a couple of paragraphs and then a shared second half around the middle (The first shared paragraph starts with "She lifts your face up and shoves a pillow under it"), and seem to work as expected.

As for the hole-choice not being respected - the scene was written this way. It does account for PC Pussy in various places, but it's obvious the written intent is that Verusa wants ass, specifically, and she's going to get ass, specifically.
