Tips for my Champion concept, Delmud

I have decided to conjure up a Champion inspired, in many ways by the protagonist Denji from Chainsaw Man. A warrior class hunter by the name of Delmud. Obviously, he's going to have the libidious perk, magically make his penis bigger, gain three wives, and father many children. But the rest I'm having trouble with:

*Should Delmud be a lupine or should I keep him human until he accepts Keros's offer and becomes a kitsune? Personally, I'm kind of leaning towards the latter.
*Should he pursue an affair with Kasyrra (With plans to try and redeem her), have the one beginning encounter but be hostile/resistant towards the demoness afterward, or just be hostile with her from the beginning?
*It wouldn't be too weird for Delmud to pursue relationships/affairs with dickgirls and hermaphrodites, right?
*Which Kinu outcome would fit for a Denji-style character: Kitsune or Inari?

I mean if you're roleplaying as Denji you're gonna have to bang anything with a pulse that remotely acknowledges your existence

No idea who this dude is but if you soul bind I dont think you can redeem Kas.

I would if I was going to romance Kas. I usually play Lupine. You could go kitsune and not tell Kas but I dont think you will be able to redeem her, and who knows what will be added in future content.

If you trade your soul for the fluffy tails - romancing Kasyrra will be meaningless. She needs (or "needs") your soul, which is not yours anymore.
