Not sure what's causing this. Haven't had any issues with TiTS or CoC1, but for some reason I've never been able to launch CoC2.
This is on a Windows 8 (32bit) laptop (blegh), and I can run the file on my other PC. The only plausible explanation I've found is here, regarding conflicting OS architectures (x86 vs x64), but I don't really have a way to test that.
