Thicc&shake overdose

I keep trying to activate the overdose scenes for Thicc & Shake, but they never proc. I have tried using more then 5 doses, and then using the shake option in the masturbate menu but no matter how many times Steele shakes until she gets the sore status nothing happens.

Am I doing something wrong, is there something I am missing, does having a dick disable OD, or am I just really unlucky?

Try using hip tease during combat.

So I tried using hip tease during combat a few times, but it still didn't trigger the overdose

Can confirm overdose seems impossible to trigger, tried with max butt & hip size, both in and out of combat, having used 5 T&S' in a row

i use one (or two)
masturbate
use another (or two)
masturbate again
repeat

thats what worked for me
