Jackal lets out a long-suffering whine.
"Of course!" He says, running off and coming back with black heels and leggings.
"Oh dear lord. Leggings over fur is going to be a nightmare..."
"Oh? How wonderful! A free helper! Well come along then, former freeloader." She says, grinning and pushing him along to the kitchen, all while he stares evilly at Phorsaal over his shoulder.
"Well... Now that that's sorted out... What next?" Khorvis murmurs.
"It's time to start shaking the hornets nest. We need to start shipping off this information we found out about the queen... how her whole rule started with an unfair trial on a former lover that was likely all a set up."
"Right. Well, we do have the internet at our disposal. And perhaps I can get ahold of the news channels. I can hide my identity, and give them the information. Those fucking sharks will tear the Queen apart." He murmurs, stroking his goatee.
"Yes... that would be a good way to start..." She mutters while walking up to her room and pulling the book out of her safe "This is all the proof we should need... any moron can tell this book is authentic by its age."
"I should charge a heavier fine for what you made me do to get this damn book." He says, giving her an evil glare. "But yes. I get the point. I'll be careful." He says, opening it and going through it.
"You made me fuck a guy. And I'm not gay. You're a woman with a dick, so it's fine for you, but not me. We have a certain code of conduct when it comes to being men!" He says.
"That makes absolutely no sense to me in any way. I think we have been over this several times in the past as well, I can not understand your strange human ways about restraining your sexuality."
"Dude. I'm not attracted to guys. Sums it up much?" He says, groaning and raising the book over her head as if to smack her with it, then bringing it back down with a sigh.
"Dude. You're talking to an English nerd. Shut it. I know a lot of idioms and phrases! Sure I bit the bullet, but it tasted fucking horrible. Anyway... Enough of crying over spilt milk. It's time to go spread the word." He says, sighing and walking to Karline's room to get his phone back.
He gets his phone from Karline and walks downstairs to the computer, before setting the book down and taking pictures of the pages.
"You sure you want to stick around? This is going to be relatively boring." He says, chuckling.
She finds the orc woman in her room, slowly swinging a cradle. Jolen notices her first, and smiles before raising a finger to her lips, then beckoning her closer. The baby was probably sleeping.
She sees a green skinned baby with white hair, sleeping soundly in the cradle. Since it wasn't covered by a blanket, she saw that it was a herm, just like both parents. Oddly enough, she had Phorsaal's mark on her shoulder.
