As long we can make up good enough excuse why having orgasm when under Dumbfuck effect make PC sneeze then triggering each effect at once will be easy. Maybe something about side effect of Dumbfuck making PC more prone to sneeze when having orgasm ^^

Am I the only one that thinks this needs some serious synergy with Dumbfuck? Set it up so that a sneeze or an orgasm will trigger the other, plus int loss.

Okay, updated for the next release. Dumbfuck's sneezes will now trigger a growth effect of Sneezing Tits after its own sneeze effects. However, enabling it the other way around won't work as well, seeing as they are from two different sources (one from build up after orgasms, the other randomly from a virus) so they would functionally and conceptually conflict with one another.
