The Silence - Connie

So I was snooping around the wiki to see who I can get on my ship as Crew, and I found an NPC named Connie that I don't believe I've ran into before. As i read it said she is found from a quest called "The Silence" and I have no idea where or what this quest is from. Any help would be vastly appreciated.

I found her. After you talk for the first time with the hologram and check the JoyCo droid, you can talk to the hologram again. Activate the conversations that unlocked and you will get her. She cant fight, tho...
