New Texans are fucking constantly. The whole point about the contraceptive flouride is that that gives them a normal birth-rate, there's no need for a breeding season.

Or, more pertinently: Perhaps those people who are whinging about the lack of preg content on NT should either fund or write the change they want to see in the world.
I was just trying to come up with a reasonable explanation for what OP wanted. I assumed that whatever contraceptive was being used would be some sort of super-strength-for treated-people-only-or-you'll-be-barren-forever one because of the massive fertility boost from the treatment. It doesn't make sense for a contraceptive to only partially reduce the fertility rate, as the the cows fuck so much that even with a reduced rate they'll almost always be pregnant.

Maybe he is extra virile or by "taking contraceptives" he meant "drinking the local tap water. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Nope, it's explicitly stated that he takes pills
Is that a bashful tone to his voice? You turn around, though your legs are no help - they’re pretty much jelly after the thorough fucking he gave you. You notice he’s downing some pills, and you quirk an eyebrow.

Yancy gives you a knowing grin. “... Oh, these? I’ve got to take pills to keep from knocking my clients up. That’s a real shame, too. I’d love to see you ready to bear my young.“ There’s a slight flush to his cheeks, despite being naked and his magnificent tool covered in his and your love juice. “Come back anytime, y’hear?”

So much about the second part.
The first part still stands.

I suppose so, but there is a complete lack of indication for him being extra-virile, as well as a lack of evidence for him not being extra-virile, making it pointless to speculate.

Given that Yancy was written before it was decided on the forums that there were contraceptives in the water, that blurb is more likely lore-breaking and should simply be deleted or retconned into him drinking water and explaining why.

Maybe he's just doubly paranoid of any womb-parasites, so he does both. ;)

What kind of womb-parasite would have to be deterred, from moving from a female's womb to a male, through completely sterile semen?

Or he's been taking "Super Male Vitality"?

Yancy ain't gun take no chancy with child support.
*Looks at the Reaha family.
...Her mom must be loaded with child support money :p

There´s actually already an instance of pregnancy in New Texas, where PC is the father. But It comes from a really really bad end. It´s absolutely horrifying.
:p

You know since JimT wrote Yancy I think he must have forgotten about the fact that the water on NT has contraceptive properties which might account for Yancy taking the pills thing. Sometimes it's quite easy for a writer to forget about things.

I guess that's yet another case of something an NPC says not following a planet's lore. There's Burt, then Kelly, and now Yancy. >.>

And JimT wrote him? Huh, I never even knew that. o.o

Technically Yancy isn't a contradiction taking the pills. The contraceptive lacing is to keep pregnancy down*, not eliminate it entirely. There's still the chance for it to happen, Yancy just wants to make sure 110% it doesn't.

Because, just maybe, having fuckbrained bimbo sluts be pregnant all the time would lead to a massive, unsustainable population growth.
If we go by whether it would be realistically viable then 99% of TiTS could be written off
It's a porn game. It's about whether it tickles people's boners or not, not whether it's 100% realistic.

Some things are easier to swallow than others. But a world should only be internally consistent.

But it isn't used anywhere. Even functions that induce stretching of pc.cunt or pc.butt actually use flat values of 600 and 1000.

You've clearly not read the scene... he swallows pills/capsules...
And haven't read the thread further than that post... since we moved on from that part of the discussion.

Unless I misunderstood, New Texas's water supply simply reduces fertility. It doesn't render the population sterile. Pregnancy content is totally possible for any NPC that doesn't explicitly take contraceptives. And from a few lines in a few different scenes, it seems the cows of New Texas DO spend most of their time pregnant, or at least actively trying to get pregnant.

As for Yancy, JimThermic didn't write all of his scenes IIRC, but he wrote around half of it. Yancy also doesn't want to take the pills, but taking contraceptives is a requirement for working at the milking station. I'm sure all the bulls would be waging wars in the streets to be milking attendants otherwise.

Luscious? Their skin is pretty soft.
Well you really necroed this thread, a month dead. But hey, while we're here.

Do New Texan cows get some sort of government funded child support? Cause since most bulls don't stick around, and most cows don't even know or care who the father is, they really have no venue of getting child support from the papa himself. And raising a kid is a huge deal that really puts a damper on having a full time, or even part time job, so you'd think cows would end up needing a bit of help from the gov. It's quite feasible, cause the planet's a total cash cow (no pun intended), so a tax here or there could provide stay at home moms with no need for a man.

Hell, since some cows like Amma don't like the prospect of being a milk-cow 24/7 it could lead to a subsection of New Texan society. Some cows go off and work in the barn, getting milked 24/7. Some cows like Ellie and Amma go for actual jobs. And some cows just stay at home and raise their kids, milfing it up at soon as they're 18. Granted that does seem a bit too socialist for New TEXAS, but hey, it's an interesting idea.

Have a government funded child care and creches with the money coming from Goods and services tax. Is there anything in the lore that says NT is conservative like Texas? Given the water filled with contraceptives and Genetic modification that seems quite far from what the red states like as it is.

I was under the assumption that most if not all cows were treated as such, milked for their product and paid for their services. Some would fall more into a "cash cow" category than most, but all would be equally worked.

It is perverse given the supposed ethics of the state it's based off, but there would absolutely have to be a large governmental support network for NT to function. See also: there not being any strong father figures, just a fuck ton of uncles.

If we're going to go further down the route of considering porn logic, the economy of places like NT must be borderline pointless anyway. We have to assume they're able to sell their near limitless supply of milk and sperm well - presumably on the basis of authenticity, given they would be easy to synthesise or produce locally - and with access to tame AIs of the complexity of Gianna pretty much all jobs could easily be automated. Which leads me to believe the only people on NT that have a job *want* to have that job, just so they have something to do. The likely frustrations you'd get from a bunch of idle humans is nixed by the fact they're all lobotimised, and spend most of that free time either milking or fucking. It's very Aldous Huxley.

EDIT: The only possible complication I could imagine is if the Treatment itself is very expensive to produce, given the supposed level of secrecy and complexity it entails. That might add an interesting dynamic to the situation.

Clearly NT just has a "dick tax" -- if you have a dick, get taxed; they assume you've knocked up somebody at some point that deserves some kickback.
