The Naga mod we really need

I want the game to stop telling me "you can only stand still in admiration of this terrible wonder."

Nobody is struck dumb to "stand still in admiration" of a level 2 random encounter.

If my Champion has seen the naga eight thousand times before on this playthrough, and is so high level that she can one-shot the thing barehanded while blindfolded, she shouldn't be struck dumb in awe of a trash mob.

I don't have a point other than what I already said. There's no hidden deep meaning here. I just find that text more annoying than anything else in the whole game.
