I just had the weirdest idea, well, I guess not really that weird in the grand scheme of things. We all know that Steel senior was really wild with his transformations back in the day right? So maybe he actually turned female once and slept with his brother, which ended up giving birth to Jack/Jill making him/her our actual brother/sister. Just to really drive home the incest you know.
