Temporary sterility for the main character

Is there any way to temporaly make the player character sterile (or at the very least less fertile)? because although i have no issue with the pregnancy stuff it seens to have started happening so often that i cant even get characters like Brienne to stay in their "normal state" for more than 3-4 days before learning that they are going to have a baby again.

If there's no way to make it only temporary i guess i could also accept a more permenent option if that's the only way avaliable

There is. Brown leaf/blank powder from Ivris. It's permanent until you use a pink potion or whatever to reverse it. The only character this won't affect is Kiyoko since she just works different.

Yeah, for a long while those items lasted a week but it got changed to having an indefinite duration while still being reversible if you want to. The old approach might have been somewhat more 'realistic' but between the absolutely minimal cost and the minor hassle of having to reapply the effect every week in-game, the change just makes things more convenient.
