Temporary bimbofication/ditz speech

My bimbo lust is off the charts today, dunno why. I was thinking about the perk "ditz speech" and how much I like it, but hate the ridiculous sacrifices needed for it (for real, why do so many special moves rely on intelligence?).

I was thinking about either:
A) An item that makes you into a bimbo for a day or so without permanent effects, or
B) The ability to choose ditz/brute speech in the character appearance screen.

The item would probably be sold on New Texas for people to experience the treatment without actually getting it.

The ability to choose would probably be learned. Like, talk to 5 different bimbo characters and "learn" how to talk like a bimbo. Then you can just choose how to talk (normal or bimbo) in the character appearance screen.

Shouldn't be too hard to write, but I have other stuff on my plate right now.

I'm having a hard time thinking of a concise and logical way to implement something like that, but I can't think of any particular reason something like that would be rejected.

For what it's worth though, tech specialists do seem to have "bimbo" versions of their intelligence-based attacks. I'm not sure whether the power scales based on lack of intelligence, or libido, or something else - but I've been messing around with a treated tech, and her specials seem perfectly functional, despite her 5 int.

I notice you take more damage and deal less. Probably from the perks that make you take less/deal more damage based on intelligence. My rocket hammer was doing 30-40 less damage, and a single turn from Dr. Lash was doing 250 instead of 200.
